CHSVet offers a range of new features for 2008 and beyond. The latest version of Filemaker, is now faster than ever and gives scope to include boarding charts and other frequently required features.

Multi-branch clinics will also benefit by being able to run and inter-connect to other clinics to view their data. At the end of the day, the data from each clinic an be backed-up to a central location.

By category with integrated payments, ordering and stock control. Analyse functions, without external applications, or export to your choice of spreadsheet for a graphical view.
GENERATE ONLY ONE INVOICE PER VISIT! - Combine multiple patients on the one invoice. You will never lose revenue from nurses forgetting those extra invoices. A note box is included at the bottom of every invoice for you to include details about that particular visit. Discounts can be applied against individual items or taken off the invoice total. Generate customised account reminders and handouts.

Create unlimited standard 'charge out' templates for quotations and estimates. Convert to an invoice at a click of a button. WEB ACCESS
Access patient histories from home or around the world via your web browser (requires an active internet connection and fixed IP address at your Clinic). With CHSVet, you have the ability to allow up to 100 web-based users and up to 250 desktop users to connect to your clinic's data simultaneously.


Do all of this without command line entry, complicated set-up options or lengthy training times. All entry is automated and all you need is your keyboard and mouse.
