Pricing Information
Pricing for CHSvet is based on the number of licences or terminal you require for you practice. We have packages available for single user requirements through to systems for up to 200 terminals.
Custom modules can also be built to meet specific needs.
If you have your own copies of Filemaker Pro please let us know when you enquire about a package.
Unless otherwise stated, pricing includes all required software licencing, some customisation for your practice, initial 10 hours fax/e-mail support and limited phone support depending on location. On-site training, installation, data conversion from your current system and additional long distance phone support is available at additional cost.

Staff Training
CHSVET offers comprehensive online or onsite user training to ensure that you and your team get optimal performance out of your new purchase. With the support of a detailed online user manual, our training modules are designed to provide practical usage skills for your employees delivered by experienced staff who have used CHSVET in practices like yours.
Minimising the discomfort that comes with changing, or implementing new, systems is important, and we encourage our clients to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge and experience our facilitators have.
As the owner or practice manager, you will also be equipped with the tools to dig into your data to generate reports, create data sets, and massage your client and clinical data like no other Vet Software on the market. In no time you'll have CHSVET paying its way, and then some.
Fax/e-mail/Phone Support Upgrades
10 Hour Block. Does not expire at licence anniversary. For service to be provided licensee must simply hold all or part of a 10 hour block and we will respond. This 'user pays' based approach ensures that if you make only one support call a year it doesn't cost you a fortune! (After initial 10 hours support. Excludes 3rd party FileMaker Pro licencing that may be required for new features)
Internet Access Module
For browser based access to clients, patients, histories & invoicing from web-enabled phone/PDA or laptop.
As CHSVet is in constant development in response to our client's needs price, features and specifications are subject to change without notice. Internet options require an Internet connection or mobile data service available through your preferred suppliers or our communication partners and a fixed IP address at the Practice location. Some conversions from other systems may incur additional charges.
