HL7 - Health Level 7. HL-7 is an interface standard for exchanging and transferring health data between computer systems. It is the standard in human health systems and the standard our Pathology labs use by preference. However, despite the almost universal adoption of this standard in the human health industry, until now direct HL7 to plain text converters have not been available within the veterinary industry.
