As you create a new invoice from the patient screen you will be alerted if there are any invoices for the client that are not complete, eliminating unnecessary multiple invoices and missed payments.

The invoice status is a quick and easy way to alert all staff when the invoice is ready for payment. When in the list view of invoices staff can see every invoice created, invoice status, total paid for the invoice and the client account balance making it easy to manage the daily takings and ensure all invoices have been correctly receipted.
